Diagnostics

Finally get to the bottom of the problems with your troubled computer using American Computer Telecom’s Advanced Notebook / Laptop and PC Computer Diagnostic Services. This is the first step we take with every computer system that comes into our shop. We will test all software and hardware on your computer, then diagnose and explain to you any problems your system is having. We will provide you with an estimate for all necessary work, and also recommend upgrades for faster computing. Virus Removal

We will scan your computer for spy ware, ad ware, malware, viruses, worms, and Trojans and remove all unwanted threats and infected files. In addition, we will do a total clean-up on your system including repairing & updating files, and removing unnecessary programs to speed up your computer start-up. Computer viruses are generally contracted through downloaded media such as music, videos, and email attachments as well as free online video games.
