Surveillance System Service Contract
A key component to any surveillance system solution is consistent maintenance, regular technology reviews, and recommended upgrades. As technology changes, our clients need to be made aware of upgrades and solutions that are more economical. A maintenance package is as important as your initial investment. A surveillance system without an annual maintenance program, could potentially put you and your facilities at risk.
Ensure the preservation of your surveillance system solution with monthly cleaning and updates with our ACT service contract. Routine Maintenance by an American Computer Telecom (ACT) technician ensures accuracy and eliminates potential problems caused by others to the system. Routine Maintenance includes: cleaning, readjusting, and updating.
Why do I need a Service Contract?
Peace of Mind
Staff and visitors at your facility rely on your security system to provide a safe and secure premise. Routine maintenance keeps your system in optimum working condition to keep 24 hour coverage at your facility, and help keep the property safe and secure.
Save Money
Regular servicing will also ensure maximum component life and result in lower system downtime. You will also save money by avoiding standard hourly rates.
Stay Covered
Your insurance company will usually require you to regularly maintain your security system. If you have not arranged appropriate coverage, your insurance claims may be invalid. In addition, all security systems that are Police calling, or financed under a Lease Agreement must have a current service and maintenance contract.
