I am a fairly technical person myself, but when I get into issues that are over my head, I take my PC to Sam and Jason and they always fix it for a fair price and within a reasonable amount of time. I have dealt with many PC repair shops over the past 15 years and these guys are hands down the best.

With the impending release of Final Fantasy XIV in September 2010, I needed to a major upgrade my PC. I contacted ACT and Sam (the owner) came out the next morning to pick up my PC. Within the course of a few hours, he had visited the website of the game I wanted to play, viewed the recommended specs and compared it to my PC. Instead of an upgrade, I went with a new custom build. I got my new super duper gaming PC within a week – just in time for release! I am very happy with my PC as it is more than capable of running my new game and all other games I already had. They even put in a little viewer so I can see how much of the processing power is being used (how nifty!!) and Final Fantasy takes a LOT of power but my PC handles it very well. The staff was knowledgeable, very friendly, professional, made reasonable recommendations and did not over sell. I highly recommend their services.
